Customer Purchase, Digital Access, Delivery & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our mission. Every purchase helps fund projects that empower women, girls, young people, families, and vulnerable communities through education, leadership development, skills training, sustainable farming, food security initiatives, and the Global Women and Youth Campaign Against Hunger.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Order Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please keep your confirmation for future reference.
2. Digital E-Book Access
– Upon successful payment, you will receive access to read your purchased e-book through our website.
– Downloading, copying, saving, printing, recording, or exporting the e-book is not permitted.
– Your online reading access is available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
– After 30 days, your access will automatically expire.
– Access is provided to one registered purchaser and one device only.
– Access may not be shared, transferred, or used by any other person.
– If you wish to keep a permanent copy of the book, you may purchase the printed (hardcopy) edition through our website.
– All publications are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, recording, resale, or sharing of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of access and legal action where appropriate.
3. Printed Book Orders
– Printed books are produced and dispatched according to demand.
– Please allow approximately 8–12 weeks for delivery.
– Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to printing schedules, customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
– We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before completing your order, please ensure:
– Your full name is correctly entered.
– Your delivery address is complete and accurate.
– Your postcode or ZIP code is correct.
– Your email address is valid.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
5. Refunds and Returns
Digital e-book access is generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
If your printed book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and photographs of the damage. We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution in accordance with your legal rights.
6. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and digital reading platform available at all times. However, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, security measures, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by internet service providers, payment processors, courier companies, customs authorities, technical failures, natural disasters, industrial action, government action, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Our liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a greater liability is required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All books, publications, website content, images, logos, designs, educational materials, and other content remain the intellectual property of the Global Women Support Hub Initiative and/or The ROOT MHSF Community Interest unless otherwise stated.
No part of our content may be copied, reproduced, stored, translated, adapted, distributed, published, sold, or shared without our prior written permission.
9. Customer Support
If you experience any difficulty accessing your e-book or receiving your printed order, please contact our customer support team through our website. We are committed to resolving genuine enquiries fairly, professionally, and as quickly as possible.
10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend this policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your purchase will apply unless changes are required by law.
